  1. Wanted to thank you for sharing a link to my article on MIDI Network Sessions. I read your publications on TeleMIDI quite a while back, and had meant to drop a line – interesting work! If you’re still involved with Audio over IP (or whatever term we call this) drop me a line!

  2. Well, now is a good time for online jamming lol. Any progress? I got me some Vdrums, Logic pro, Reason, Addictive drums, etc. Im a jazz drummer. With all gigs cancelled lol. Thanks for making this!

    1. Hi Shaun, thanks for getting in touch and yes its time to make best of the current situation, let music lead the way! I am interested to explore having internet connected V-drums running on top of a pulse beat. I will email you to find the best way forward from here. Cheers!

  3. Hello, thank you for this website and for your publications, looks like really interesting work.

I hope I don’t sound like a complete novice here or asking about the obvious. I’ve looked through your pages and saw you said you’re testing a beta version of this for live performance?

Do you have any further information or guidance regards how it is currently possible to deal with latency in live streaming? Or would it be better to look at your thesis in more detail?

With the current situation I am trying to offer remote community music services to groups who are particularly isolated or struggling with this pandemic. For e.g. to just sing along to live music helps to have a sense of connection, reduce anxiety, etc.

Again many thanks for your work, hope you’re not being affected by everything going on. Regards from the UK.

    1. Hello Sarita,
Thank you for reaching out. I am currently beta testing this format, however it would be an ideal platform for the simple engagement of musical co-operation for isolated individuals.
I will send you an email with further information.
